These companies are now WECOYA MARINE
On 1 August 2024, we integrated our subsidiaries HVA Homann Versicherungs-Agenturen GmbH, Mund & Fester GmbH, NHA Hamburger Assekuranz-Agentur GmbH and W. Droege Assekuradeur GmbH, together with Wolfes & von Etzdorf Assecuranzbureau GmbH. BDJ Assekuradeur GmbH and von Rauchhaupt & Senftleben Assekuradeur GmbH will be integrated on 31 August 2024. In future, we will combine our entire transport underwriting agency business under WECOYA MARINE Underwriting GmbH. The existing central contact persons will, of course, continue to be available to our customers and to other business partners as part of WECOYA MARINE.
The merger will enable us to bring together to an even greater extent the competences of the companies previously bundled under the umbrella of WECOYA MARINE, allowing us to respond even better to our customers' specific needs, to offer even more innovative and comprehensive solutions and to further optimise our services.
